Valley Racing Association was an organization in Hill Valley that paid out large winnings at the local horse racing track.

Their name was on the large check that Biff Tannen held up after winning $1,182,000 at the track on his 21st birthday in an alternate 1958, having bet on the race using the results from Grays Sports Almanac and thus making his first million.
