An alternate version of this Lorraine is seen in a deleted scene from Back to the Future. In this timeline Lorraine was never in a relationship with George and instead married Biff, who rather than being abusive, was a loving, attentive husband. This Lorraine also got breast implants, which were later revealed to be string implants. By 1996 Lorraine's implants had grown to the point that they were larger than her head. Biff is seen making love to the giant-breasted 58 year old, who at this time is heavily pregnant with her fourth child.
