Roland Culver was a classmate of Verne Brown's in 1991. He told Verne about how great his grandfather was during class. This forced Verne to search out his own grandparents Daniel Clayton and Martha O'Brian in 1850. After Verne returned with news that Daniel discovered a butterfly, Roland was impressed.
