Neil Ross (born December 31, 1944) provided the vocal narration of the Biff Tannen Museum in Back to the Future Part II.

Other roles

In 1986, Ross provided the voices of Bonecrusher, Hook, Springer and Slag in The Transformers: The Movie. The movie included Norman Alden as Kranix and Hal Rayle as Shrapnel.

In 1995, Ross voiced a board member on the Freakazoid! (which had David Kaufman regularly voicing Dexter Douglas) episode "The Chip, Part 1".

He also voiced King Pector in the Aladdin episode "From Hippsodeth, with Love", which included series regular Dan Castellaneta as The Genie.

Ross also did voice work on a couple episodes of Superman: The Animated Series including a Male Anchorman in "The Way of All Flesh" (1996) and a captain in "Speed Demons" (1997). The later of which had Kaufman doing the voice of Jimmy Olsen.

He provided additional voice work for several Star Trek games including Star Trek: Armada II (2001) and Star Trek: Elite Force II (2003).

Ross has also done voice work on several Spider-Man projects including Norman Osborn in the 1981 and 1994 Spider-Man cartoons (The latter had him voicing Osborn's alter ego The Green Goblin) and Luke Carlyle in the 2007 video game Spider-Man 3: The Game. The game included additional voice work from Joshua Keaton and Danny Mann.
