Mark Campbell performed the singing voice of Marty McFly throughout the Back to the Future trilogy. He performed "Johnny B. Goode" in Back to the Future, which was reused in Back to the Future Part II. He also performed the musical flourishes of "Billie Jean" in Back to the Future Part III.

Campbell was credited as 'Marty McFly' in the musical billing for "Johnny B. Goode" on Back to the Future, and received a 'Special Thanks' credit under his own name. He was not credited for the aforementioned contributions he made to the sequels.

Campbell is the lead singer of the band Jack Mack and the Heart Attack.
