Cue Ball prepares to knock out Arthur McFly
On June 13, 1931, Cue Ball used chloroform to knock out Arthur McFly in order to bring him into El Kid. Marty McFly poured the same bottle into Zane Williams's ink bottle as he was painting. Zane, being nearsighted and keeping his face close to a picture he painted, succumbed to the fumes.
On October 13 of the same year, while in Atlas House of Glass, Citizen Brown used chloroform on his younger self so that he could easily take him somewhere to hide from Marty.
On November 8, 1955, Marty — while disguised as "Darth Vader" — used chloroform on George McFly to render him unconscious so that he could make his escape.[1] However, the amount used was enough to keep George asleep for most of the day.
