In 2015, it appeared there was a female president in charge of the United States of America.

History

According to the Newsline column on the front page of the October 22, 2015 issue of USA Today, she said she was tired "of reporters asking the same questions".

Accordingly, she would have had to been elected in either 2008 or 2012, assuming the normal election cycle.

It is never expressly stated which country in particular that this female was the President of, so she might not have been the President of the United States, considering other countries (and corporations) have presidents as well.

Behind the scenes
