Chronometric clock

The Chronometric Clock in 1931.

The Chronometric Clock was constructed for the Hill Valley Science Exposition in 1931.

The clock was named after chronometry, the science of time keeping. It was meant to keep time through the device's spinning rings, however it seemed to be more decorative than useful. Marty McFly commented that he found it difficult to tell time using it.
