Ballybowhill, Ireland was the village in Ireland where Seamus and Maggie McFly originated before heading for America.

They mentioned it to Marty McFly under the guise of "Clint Eastwood" while they ate dinner on September 2, 1885.

Ballyboghill is a village in County Dublin, and is about ten miles north of the capital of Ireland [1], and histories of the region concede that its name "is found spelled in a variety of fashions," [2]. Historically, it was the site of the staff of St. Patrick, the "Baculum Christi", which gave it its Irish name, Baille-na-Bochill.
