The '''1920s Chicago police officer''' apprehended [[Marty McFly]] in [[Chicago, Illinois]] after Marty asked him where he could find a drink during [[Prohibition]] in [[1927]].  

After he set off Marty's sound effects key chain from [[1991]], and it made the sound effect of a [[giving a raspberry|raspberry]], the officer thought that Marty was mocking him and threw him in jail.
